You give us directly — when you submit a quote request, book service, call, or email:

- Preferred contact method
- Vehicle information — year, make, model, trim/engine, VIN (optional), current modifications
- Service details — requested work, performance goals, fuel type, desired appointment date, budget range, and any notes or files you upload
- How you heard about us
Collected automatically — when you browse the site:
- IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and pages viewed
- Cookies and similar technologies used by analytics and advertising tools (see section 5)
Service records — when we work on your vehicle, we keep repair orders, invoices, diagnostic data, datalogs, and calibration records.
2. Why We Use It
- To respond to your quote request and provide an estimate
- To schedule, perform, and document service on your vehicle
- To contact you about your vehicle, appointment, or invoice
- To keep service history and support warranty questions
- To improve our website, services, and customer experience
- To comply with legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations
- With your consent, to send occasional updates or promotions — you can opt out at any time
3. We Do Not Sell Your Information
A1 Automotive does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for money. We share information only as described below.
4. Who We Share It With
- Service providers who help us operate — website hosting, email delivery, analytics, payment processing, and scheduling. They may only use the information to provide services to us.
- Parts suppliers and calibrators when necessary to source parts or produce a calibration for your vehicle.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
5. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising
This site may use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand traffic and measure advertising. These tools set cookies and may collect device and usage data. You can:
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings
- Opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on
- Adjust ad personalization in your Google and Meta account settings
- Send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which we honor as an opt-out request where applicable

7. Text Messages
If you provide a mobile number and choose text as your preferred contact method, you consent to receive service-related text messages from us about your vehicle and appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
8. How Long We Keep It
We keep quote requests and service records as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, warranty, tax, and accounting obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections on this website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information such as full payment card numbers by email.
10. Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
11. Third-Party Links
Our site links to third-party sites such as Instagram and Google Maps. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not cover them.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
